New Home Olathe KS: Which subdivision is the hottest selling subdivision in Olathe KS?
Yesterday I did a search for a client to determine which new home subdivision is the hottest selling subdivision in Olathe KS. My search analyzed the new home stats for the past six months, 3 months and 2 weeks. My client was convinced that the lower priced new homes were selling in Olathe.
My data for the past 2 weeks determined that the Prairie Highlands, including the Reserve of Prairie Highlands was the hottest selling subdivision in Olathe Kansas. Cadar Creek-Southglen and Arbor Landing came in a very close second.
After researching the new home subdivisions in Olathe Kansas, the top selling subdivisions were all luxury home subdivisions and not first time home buyer subdivisions. Matter a fact, the first time home buyer subdivisions did not crack the top 5 list in Olathe.
