Kansas City Foreclosures are Heading UP!
According to the newest updates on the real estate foreclosure market, foreclosures are up 87% nationally. California and Florida lead the nation in real estate foreclosures. Although Kansas and Missouri are not leading in foreclosures, there has been an increase in foreclosures.
My experience is that most people who are heading into a foreclosure don't think they have options and give up. In some instances, homeowners just vacate their home. Although in some cases lenders will not work with homeowners, some lenders will give a homeowner options.
