After reviewing the stats for July, the hottest price range in Kansas City is the $100,000-400,000 price range. Nearly 74% of the homes selling in Kansas City come from this price range. Breaking up this price range into the hottest price ranges, 13% of the homes sold in the $200,000-249,999 price range, 12% of the homes sold in the $140,000-159,999 price range and 10% of the homes sold in the $160,000-179,999 price range.
