Great question, Becky. After reviewing the real estate stats for Gardner there were 187 homes for sale at the begining of the month. Out of the 187 homes, 28 sold and closed. The hottest selling subdivision in Gardner is Waverly Point. Willow Springs was second and Cottage Creek and St. Johns Highlands tied for third. t
