Great question, Bray. Because of the size of Olathe I sorted Olathe by subdivisions and by North and South of Santa Fe. In this post I will figure the hottest selling subdivisions North of Santa Fe.
There where multiple subdivisions with multiple homes that sold in the month of August.
The number 1 selling subdivision in North Olathe was Forest View The Hills. Prairie Brook and Forest View The Meadow tied for second. Brighton's Landing and Austin Meadow tied for third.
