Johnson County Real Estate Stats: New Homes Drop Over $30,000 in Value for August 2007

New Home Johnson County Real Estate Stats: 

New home sold volume slips from $74,894,319 in July '07 to $63,323,262 in August '07. The new home sold volume in August '06 was $85,948,420, over 22 million dollars greater then this years August '07 sold volume.

Although new home sale prices have slipped over $30,000 the past month, the average sales price of new homes has increased from $355,159 in August '06 to $361,847 in August '07.
