Don’t you know it?  If you are thinking to start a business or grow your business, LOCATION is the word! Commerical Realestate net leased buildings are comming to the market. Most of those deals the general public never hears about those opportunities. Because of my years of experince and the contacts I have in the market. I am able to see a lot of deals most people don't.
