Currently, the Kansas City real estate market is experiencing steep discounts. In some areas, homes have been discounted over 50%. With homes selling at sharp discounts, why aren't they sellling faster. Could it be the news media? I have worked with a few real estate buyers lately and all have experienced the same feeling. Their ability to buy more home then anticpated and the ease of negotiating has been pleasant. Even new homes in certain areas are selling slow.
