The hottest price range in Kansas City on the Kansas side through May of 2008 is the $200,000 to $249,999 price range with 722 homes sold. The $160,000-$179,999 came in second with 483 homes sold and the $180,000-$199,999 came in third in sales with 437 homes sold.
1940 homes sold between the $100,000-$199,999 price range through May of 2008 and 1106 homes sold between the $200,000 and $299,000 price range.
The Kansas communities included in these numbers are Johnson County, Wyandotte County, parts of Leavenworth County, and parts of Miami County.
