A reason why to use Point 2 Agent as a real estate web hosting service
I get asked on a weekly basis what web hosting do I use. Although my real estate web hosting service hosts over 200,000 real estate websites, I always get the “who is that.” I will then go into a little dialogue on why I use Point 2 Agent and after giving 20+ reasons why to use Point 2 Agent, I typically leave out the number 1 reason.
The number 1 reason why to use Point 2 Agent is less down time. I pay for a service that monitors my down time and outage time and then I compare it to my top 20 competitors. Last week was like most weeks. I had zero down time between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. One of my competitor’s website was down over 5 hours last week alone. All of my competitor’s websites were down at least once last week during the prime time.
Why is the number of outages and error time important? If a prospect or client is trying to find you on the web during an outage, they won’t find your website. Second, if a spider from google or another search engine decides to spider your website during a down time, it could cost your website a high ranking.
