Every week, my real estate partner and I, meet an out of town investor who has bought property that looked good on paper. Today we met an investor who has bought 20 investment properties from a so called real estate expert. After viewing the properties, 10 were boarded up by the City of Kansas City, Missouri. Four of the 10 had been purchased in the past 18 months. I'm not going to go into details other then I'm not sure how the real estate agent, lender and appraiser accidentally mixed up more then a dozen pictures.
