An amazing thing happened to me today!
I met an Olathe high tech homebuyer at Panera today. The reason why I say high tech is that I have carried over 20 online conversations with this buyer before I actually met this buyer. He was amazed at some of the information I presented to him and we had a great conversations about what his expectations are and what his needs and wants are in purchasing a home.
Half way through the mini-presentation he smiled at me and said he had to do something real quick. As if he was stalking someone, he followed another gentleman into the restroom who was sitting on the other side of Panera.
When he came out he explained what just happened. He noticed the other gentleman was probably with a real estate agent and he wanted to put a word in for me. Apparently the real estate agent that the other gentleman was working with didn’t have a laptop and didn’t understand technology. My client kept watching this buyer watch us.
When we were leaving, the other home buyer came up to me and asked if he could schedule and appointment with me. He said while he was sitting down with his real estate agent and he Googled me because my client gave him my information. He was just amazed to see me in action and equally amazed at the online tools we offered and our marketing on our Olathe real estate website.
