NBC Action News is Reporting Positive Kansas City Real Estate News Monday Morning

I’m excited that NBC Action News is going to report positive Kansas City real estate news on Monday morning.

 

Last week I was contacted by Christa Dubill from NBC Action News reporting how the current $8,000 tax credit, low interest rates and market conditions have positively changed the real estate market. Christa, passed this information on to her staff. On Thursday I received a phone call from Liz Zamora. She did a short interview with me about the current real estate market.  Later in the day, Liz scheduled a LIVE interview with the Dowell Taggart Team to be on the Morning Show on Monday.

 

We will discuss how the Kansas City Real Estate market has positively changed. If we get enough time we will release the New Kansas City Real Estate Trends.

Great job this morning!! It is very nice to see something positive in the news. I have really limited my intake of the news because I have not been able to relate to it. We have more bids out than we did at this time last year, and we have completed more jobs than we had at this time last year. We have not done any formal (print) advertising either. Last year we did advertise.

Frisbee Painting INC is looking forward to another great year and really my biggest concern is limiting the growth to ensure all of our customers get the quality we are known for.
