Tour de France Training - Training is Going Great!
I'm still considering if I should have a rematch against the Easter Bunny. My 3 year old daughter says I should. She is defending the hare by saying he was tired from visiting of the homes the night before. My sons say a champion needs to be prepared for achallenge anytime. I'm not sure, what do you think?
Today, I did a few Kansas hills and then a brisk ride through town. The rain has left and the son is out. It was a great morning even if it was chilly.
The rest of the day I'm showing homes in Olahe and preparing for a closing within the next 24 hours. Tonight I'm attending the KC Online Community April event.
Remember, if you see my on the road on my Trek, don't honk too loud. You might scare me and I'll run into a pothole and I'll miss my chance to be the oldest Tour de France cyclist.
* Please note: This blog posts is my journal of my exercise program into exercising to get rid of Diabetes. Diabetes is a serious disease. I have lost my eyesight temporarily, lost feeling in my feet and had seizures. The first book I read about Diabetes pointed out that I need to set goals during my exercising. My goal is to ride the Tour de France. Although, I know that being over 43 and haven't raced competitive for over 20 years I know that my goal will never be reached. I thought it would be fun dreaming as I exercise daily. My real profession, which I gave up cycling for is real estate. I represent home buyers and home sellers in Kansas City.
