Tour de France Training - What a Great Sunny Morning!

Today I worked on some hills by Lake Olathe. I took a couple breaks to enjoy the nice weather. I also had to do something with my carrot plants in my backpack, so I planted them along the road. I know what you are thinking and no I'm not trying to gain an advantage over the Ester Bunny in our rematch. I really feel that my training is starting to come together.

I had some extra time after training today so I practiced putting on my practice yellow jersey. I started out slow but now have the hang of it. Once I take my earphones off I can get the yellow jersey on fast.

The rest of the day I will be previewing homes in the early afternoon and evening and preparing for a closing in the late afternoon.

Remember, if you see my on the road on my Trek, don't honk too loud. You might scare me and I'll run into a pothole and I'll miss my chance to be the oldest Tour de France cyclist.

I have lost my eyesight temporarily, lost feeling in my feet and had seizures. The first book I read about Diabetes pointed out that I need to set goals during my exercising. My goal is to ride the Tour de France. Although, I know that being over 43 and haven't raced competitive for over 20 years I know that my goal will never be reached.
