| Will the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Extend Past the End of November? |
It appears that the first time home buyer tax credit may extend past November. According to a couple articles that I have read Florida Democrat Sen. Bill Nelson told reporters that the extension would be approved. Since the extension has not been approved yet there is speculation of changes that the extension will have such as a reduction in the amount or only an extension through the first quarter of 2010. The extension of the first time home buyer tax credit should have a positive impact on the real estate market in Kansas City.
