If you're a Home Seller, and your home can't be found on Google, guess what? You'd better hope your home is found by a Buyer's agent somewhere. And that the agent decides to show your home instead of all the others the Buyer might have chosen for themselves....
If you're a Home Buyer, you better hope the agent has exactly, I mean exectly on their mind what you have in yours. Not just bedrooms and baths, but colors, light fixtures, the way the sunlight catched the leaves in the evening...The whole shooting match.

"Tweeting" about your home, provided you use the right keywords, gives everyone searching for an "Olathe home for sale" on Twitter the opportunity to ask for more information....
