Arvest Bank assumed the deposits and loans of SolutionsBank recently. Arvest Bank had purchased and assumed with loss share agreements with the Dederal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) all nonbrokered deposits and loans of SolutionBank.
All SolutionsBank branches will be integrated into Arvest Bank. A special note has been placed on the Arvest Bank website explaining the changes.
SolutionsBank had been closed by the Office of the State Bank Commissioner of Kansas on Friday, December 11th, 2009.
Arvest Bank is a regional bank owned by the relatives of the late Sam Walton. Sam Walton founded Wal-Mart.
