74% of the Real Estate Agent did a Transaction involving a Distressed Property like a Foreclosure or Short Sale
Nearly 74% of RE/MAX Associates listed or sold distressed properties in the fourth quarter of 2009. In fact, 40% said more than half of their transaction sides involved distressed property during that period.
