Preventa Foreclosure in Gardner, Kansas - Do You Qualify for a HAFA shortsale in Gardner, Kansas? Kids in school, the final days of summer ahead as your family prepares for Fall....Should be a time to relax on the deck in your Gardner, Kansas home. Last year, 164 homes sold between April to August of 2010. During April of 2011 through August 25th of 2011, 117 homes have sold.
Real estate sales in Gardner started off sluggish in April of 2011 with 22 homes sold. Home sales picked up 29 homes sold in both May and June. Sales then dropped to 19 homes sold in July. So far August sales are above July but lower than May and June. The positive outlook is most sales are recorded during the end of the month.
