Although the number of homes for sale and real estate sales are slightly down, from September 2011, there is a bright spot in October, 2011. The surge in real estate sales in October has helped the real estate market to keep up with last years real estate pace. This past October, 532 homes sold and closed in Johnson County, Kansas. In October there were 821 listed for sale with a total of 3,950 for sale in Johnson County, Kansas.
