We get lots of postcards and flyers from Realtors hoping we'll list with them when we're ready to sell our Kansas City home. It seems like EVERY agent is claiming to be #1! What's the deal?

Numbers can be made to dance the jive if you present them in a way that makes them tell a filtered down "story" the way you want.
