Great Food Good Service
I had dinner here last night with a few of the girls. We had a delicious meal with a wide variety of options. I found the service was a bit slow at first but I attribute that to the fact that our reservation was for 6 and only 4 people showed. Once we told the server that we were not waiting for anyone else, the service was speedier. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone looking for Thai food. Four of us were able to eat for under $100.

THE WORST
NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDES. FIRST, I ORDERED A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND PAID $107. IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED BY 2-3 PM. AT FIVE, I CALLED TO CHECK. I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEN HUNG UP ON. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE GIRL SAID SHE HAD A CUSTOMER. I ASKED HER WHAT I WAS? SHE THEN RELATED THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD NOT ARRIVED UNITIL 7. RUDELY. MY FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED. NO CALL, NO ANSWERS, NO ONE EVEN CARED. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Extremely Unprofessional
Just to be clear, I have been a member of genieknows.com since March 2009. I visited Dr. Shah's practice on three separate occasions in 2009. My review is not a phony, it is most accurate and I stand by it. I also witnessed Dr. Shah talk down to her employees in front of me and I was embarrassed for them. There are so many dentists to choose from, and Dr. Shah certainly falls short.

Spice up your life... or at least lunch
I wasn't sure what to expect from Brazilian and Portuguese food, so I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and spices. I tried the Portuguese-style pork medallions, which came with a nice fresh salad too. Including my drink, the whole lunch cost less than $11. I love the traditional tiles and decor, and our waitress was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back to try it again.

Don't go here!!
These salespeople were friendly at first, but quickly became nasty when it seemed I might not buy their mattress. They first had me do a 'comfort test', which entailed lying on a few mattresses of varying softness for about 30 seconds each, while they looked at my posture to see which parts were 'supported'. Then they told me the best one for me was a particular medium-soft mattress that was on sale. When I asked what company made this mattress (it didn't appear to have any label at all), they became evasive and wouldn't give me a straight answer. After I asked again what the company name was, they started becoming impatient and rude. The whole experience was a nightmare and you couldn't pay me to step foot in this store again. I later was reading online that it is recommended to take your time and test a mattress for 10+ minutes to see if you'll like it. Their 30 second "comfort test" is a joke, probably designed to make you an easier target for a sale--not to find a comfortable mattress.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They put an ad in the Value pak along with a coupon that reads POWER ROD any line for $60 No travel or trip charge.
The guy came out with what I "thought" was a some kind of new hand held rodder. He cleared the drains and showed me they were working. I was on the phone at the time and didnt get to see him working...stupid me.
He finished up on 2 drains in about 20 minutes and showed me they were running. He then told me that the cost would be $160 for 2 drains...so much for the coupon huh? Should have been $120.
The VERY next day, BOTH of the drains he had done were clogging again, just as before. I did a little checking to see what it was that he was using..turns out it was a little piece of junk deal that shoots AIR through the line!
I called for a POWER RODDING...which uses an actual ROD...NOT some jerk to come in under FALSE PRETENSES using some damn AIR GUN.
Oh..and must not forget...they gave me a full 1 year warranty on the so called rodding...yeah...then I read the FINE PRINT. The warranty will cost $45 per drain again...the ones that clogged back up the VERY NEXT DAY.
DO NOT USE THEM!~

Buyer Beware!
Avoid this place at all costs. I took my Epson All-in One printer to Computronix after talking with Wade, the presumed owner of the store, about the print problem. He explained the problem was probably minor, but naturally he would need to see the machine to properly diagnose and repair. When I arrived at the store, eerily empty with no repaired equipment on the shelves (should've been my first clue), and lugged the nearly 100 pound machine from my car to the counter, he advised that a $125 deposit was required! I should've gathered my printer and left then and there - $125 deposit??
I figured the labor would probably be at least $125, so made the mistake of authorizing the diagnostic service. Long story short, 10 days later, no call back, no one answers the phone when I call. Finally reached a clueless associate who advised the part was on backorder, couldn't estimate when it would be available, but no time soon and after the holidays. Talked to Wade the next day who unapologetically suggested I buy another printer, no doubt one he had in his shop from some other unsuspecting ***. I took my machine to Deens Electronics in Fremont, the other local, authorized Epson repair service - $35 diagnostic, part in stock and my printer repaired in two days. Computronix is a rip-off and preys on unsuspecting customers who presume good faith and professionalism. Save yourself some time, money and frustration avoid Computronix, you’ll thank me later.

awesome little hidden store
This is a cute little store. Tucked, almost in the corner or a small shopping mall. I think sometimes over looked. You need to take a little timeout, to go check it out. Lots of parking, Not all close, (because everyone wants the front spot.) So you may have to walk a little. This is a clean store. It's not very big, but he has some awesome corals, saltwater fish, and okay on freshwater fish. It is holiday season so I understand the lack of fish.
I do need to say congratulation on your new addition to the family.
I also hope things workout with the person, interested in purchasing this store.

Convenient Neighborhood Post Office ...and More
Mailing Service Center just a little hole in the wall place tucked right in the middle of a large area of homes and apartments...kind of between Valley Fair and the University of Santa Clara. That's exactly what's so great about it...as convenient as it gets. And not only is it a Post Office, it's also a UPS and FedEx station too. If you'd like a change of pace towards a more customer friendly, sharp and professional atmosphere to help you with your packages and mail, then this is your oasis in the desert. Gary (the owner) is a real person who knows his stuff and has everything in a laid back, one-stop shipping convenience store set up. He takes care of his customers too.

South Bay's BEST Pizza
Humble location and a bit of a drive, but if that's what it takes to make their pizza so great...let's hope they stay there a long, long time. Goes beyond the last honest pizza...to true authenticity. Check the "Coupons" tab on their website http://MyPizzaMH.com for specials. 2 toppings and a 2 liter soda for under $20...a little more than the FactoryHut, and worth every red cent. Pepperoni and mushrooms is my mainstay.

The meal I had was great but my favourite part was the chicken fried rice. If you go, make sure you pay the extra $2.95 for this. You won't be disappointed.

Tasty, spacious and relaxed
I went to the Hart & Thistle for Sunday brunch, and was very pleasantly surprised. The decor is simple but warm, there's lots of comfy seating, and all of our meals were fantastic. I had the fig and mushroom pizza with pesto, which was fabulous. The food is reasonably priced considering that you're by the water (in Historic Properties); and kudos on the impressive ladies' bathroom too! It's a shame that this is now the only place from which to enjoy that particular view of Halifax Harbour though; I preferred it when you could pick-and-choose which place you wanted to eat from, and then seat yourself.

Not Great / Not Awful
Stopped into Freeman's Little New York for a quick bite before heading to the Metro Centre. We were looking for a children friendly menu and we found that they had some special kids meals.
I went for their Philly Cheesesteak, which was OK - not the best or worst I've had and my sons had the pizza slice + caesar salad and pepperoni pizza respectively.
The pizza was a little dry (it looked like it had been re-heated) but my boys were happy enough with their choices. The service was good - i'd go back but the food wasnt gourmet standards by any means.

Depends who you are working with....
My family has had policies with this office for over 10 years. I have opted to move ALL of my policies to a different State Farm office due to the constant poor service of one associate. When I call I want someone who is actually interested in assisting me with questions, not to make me feel like a bother. If you decide to use this office they will provide you with a policy, but don't call and ask any questions.

Corinthian Motors is dangerously negligent, incompetent, and fraudulent.
I experienced two horrifyingly dangerous repair mistakes from Corinthian Motors.
Corinthian Motors replaced my brake line and failed to tighten the fitting. The car leaked brake fluid and lost pressure while I was driving, almost causing me to crash.
Another time, after Corinthian Motors worked on my car, they failed to properly reattach my front wheel causing it to fall off on the highway. My front end crashed into the pavement, ripping apart the front of the car. Luckily no one was killed by their negligence. Such life-threatening mistakes are reprehensible for any repair shop. Corinthian Motors lied that they’d pay for a rental car when I while my car was being fixed for weeks. After months lying to me and Enterprise that he paid for the rental, owner Joe Frohlich stuck me with a bill for thousands of dollars. Frohlich and Corinthian Motors are dangerously incompetent as mechanics and run their business fraudulently and deceptively.
