It is very difficult to find professional people today, also customer service. Most people don't care anymore. I was one of the lucky ones to find this locksmith. I had trouble opening up my house with the key I had, it just wouldnt turn. So this locksmith came out to my place in less then 15 minutes like he told me he would and did something special to my lock, dont ask me what I have no idea but the key works now and he made me a few extras. I give this locksmith 5 stars.

If you're reading this, thank you for a wonderful job you did a few days ago. I'm the one who called you up and asked you to install a couple of deadbolts for me. I'm just so impressed with how thorough you are. You have very good manners too and people always appreciate that. Anyways you came over the same day I called you and installed these locks for me in less then an hour. I paid you a very good price as well. I will make sure I recommend you to everyone.

AT&T Inc. filed confidential economic analyses of its proposed purchase of T-Mobile USA with the Federal Communications Commission late Monday, drawing the ire of hometown competitor Sprint Nextel Corp.
In an accompanying letter to the FCC that was redacted for the public, AT&T (NYSE: T) refers to a recent test of 15 markets that shows “net consumer benefit” from the proposal.
“In each market, the merger simulations project that industry output will rise and average price adjusted for quality will fall as a result of the transaction,” AT&T’s attorney, Richard Rosen, wrote in an eight-page letter to the FCC Monday...

In the midst of national debt talks and compromise plans, the United States is in a state of uncertainty.
If there’s no resolution by Aug. 2, the nation will default on its debt.
Interest rates could soar. The stock market and value of the U.S. dollar could fall. And for the first time in history, the United States could lose its AAA credit rating.
But the last one might happen during the next year even without a default.
“There’s still a very good chance the United States credit rating would get downgraded,” said Randell Moore, the Kansas City-based executive editor of Blue Chip Economic Indicators...

Don't not be fooled by the positive reviews below. They are all written my the owners to fool and con the public. All these puppies for sale in the Puppy Boutique in Brooklyn come from puppy mills. All these puppies have congenital and hereditary diseases. Most of them will die within a few months. In research the unfortunate families who purchased puppies from this store had the heartache of losing their puppy while others were faced with medical bills as up to $8000 to save their puppy. Most of the people I spoke to that experienced the above were devastated when the store and owner Stuart refused to stand by the "Store Guarantee" and Contract when they purchased their new puppy. They refused to pay the medical bills even though the contracts and store guarantee assured all the buyers that these puppies were in good health. The whole thing is a scam. Dont be fooled by this store. A Staten Island woman purchased a yorkie from the store and the yorkie died within a few months. The store refused to pay for any medical bills while the dog was diagnosed with a hereditary disease. She later sued the store in the small claims court and The Staten Island Judge appalled by the stores refusal to pay the medical bills awarded her $5000. The parents of all these puppies live in tiny cages for breeding purposes only. They are never walked and receive no medical attention. All the parents cant even walk as they are never let out of these tiny cages. Once they cannot breed anymore they are discarded and killed. Tell all your friends and families about this store and spread the word.

Like others will say great community kitchen, good staff (some are better than others - all are typical aimless youth - get the job done but dont expect much [james is awesome]). Parking is not easy, locals park there + people who work there = little room for you, but if your willing to drive in circles a few times you will find parking (watch the no parking signs). There is a grocery store about a block away, other than that you will need a bus or your own transportation. I would recommend as it is safe, however they did have a couple of odd people there (couple were doing almost legal drugs outside), I would not worry about it. Also, as most travelers you will want to stay at the Hostels on the beach - dont, this place is where you need to stay - read the other reviews - they are spot on. I had no issues here other than a few bathroom doors that dont lock (and they were fixing them :) ) and a couple of odd people. Basically for a hostel in the US this is a 8 out of 10. They do have ear plugs in the lobby, most of this part of town is flown over by airplanes.

Taxes and fees targeted at travel-related services boost visitor costs by an average of 56 percent compared with general sales tax, the foundation said, describing them as “discriminatory” taxes that often are used to pay for local projects unrelated to travel...

I'm a small business owner that needed a safe and vault. I cant get to the bank every night for a drop off. Leaving cash around in my shop was not an option. What I wanted was a vault that was fire proof, lift proof, bomb proof, impossible to open. My friend recommended this locksmith he's used in the past. I called this man up, he knew everything there was about safes and vaults. He sold me an industrial one with all the specifications I wanted. The price was very good too. As I''m writing this review I'm admiring my new safe and vault. I strongly recommended this locksmith, he is very experienced and he made my life a lot more manageable.

Kansas Technology Enterprise Corp. officially bites the dust Friday.
Effective July 1, the state entity charged with spurring economic development by investing in and supporting technology companies moves under the umbrellas of the Kansas Department of Commerce and Kansas Board of Regents. It had existed since 1987.
Legislators voted in May to abolish KTEC, backing a cost-cutting proposal by Gov. Sam Brownback.
Commerce Department spokesman Dan Lara said Friday that KTEC had been leasing office space, which technically closed Thursday, but that KTEC’s remaining employees moved to the department on June...
