Foley Equipment on Monday completed its acquisition of Dean Machinery’s Construction and Power Systems divisions, including Dean’s Sedalia location. According to a news release, Foley acquired Dean’s operations in Kansas City, St. Joseph and Olathe, as well as Sedalia, located at 1040 Sedalia Road.
