Held on Thursdays at 9 a.m. at different Chamber member businesses, our coffees are the largest weekly networking event in the Kansas City area. Expect to meet 150 to 250 people each time! Please note our inclement weather policy states that if the Olathe School District is Closed the Coffee that day will be cancelled.

Everyone is invited to the Olathe Public Library’s reading kick-off event. Pick up your summer reading folder and enjoy a variety of activities: games, crafts, temporary tattoos and more. In case of rain, the event is canceled.

Choose from a variety of genres including brand new MP3 CDs, fiction, romance, childrens/teens, mystery, science fiction, inspiration, reference, poetry/arts, cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, videos, books on CD, classics, gardening, sports, travel, large print, sewing/crafts, family, nature, horror and much more. All materials are sorted by categories.
The doors to the sale will close from 2:30 – 3 pm on Wednesday, then open for the “Six Bucks a Sack” sale from 3 – 5 pm. Purchase a plastic bag for $6 at the door and fill with materials. Buy two, get two free.
All sales final. Cash or check accepted. Due to space limitations, no strollers or book carts allowed in the room. Sponsored by the Friends of the Olathe Public Library
