(We) don&amp;#39;t have email at home, don&amp;#39;t want email at home...&amp;quot;. WHEW!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;She went on to list her concerns, all related to technology, lazy Realtors, etc....What she wanted was service.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Just plain old service.&amp;nbsp;And she deserved it.&amp;nbsp; Each of us deserves great service.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t get me wrong, technology makes our lives faster, and many things easier, but not always BETTER.&amp;nbsp; Make sense?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My turn came to order.&amp;nbsp; I asked for coffee.&amp;nbsp; Plain.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;She turned to me and asked why I would go to St*rbucks for plain coffee. New home sales decreased 35% in November compared to October of 2008 when there were 249 new home sales. Existing homes sales were down 24% from last month&amp;rsquo;s sales of 1,785 compared to this month&amp;rsquo;s sales of 1,356. Existing home sales this month were down 22% from one year ago when there were 1,747 sales. Combined Kansas City home sales of existing and new homes were 1,518 for November, which is down 25% from the total of 2,034 sales from a month ago. The most common question is how do I find the best foreclosure deals. That can be a difficult question because I have many sources where I find Kansas City foreclosure properties. In order to help a client, I first ask what their goal is. Will the foreclosure property be used to buy rehab and sell, buy and rent or buy and live in it? These are important questions. Next I need to know what type of financing is being used to buy the foreclosure property. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After determining the goal of purchasing the foreclosure property and the ability to purchase, I will review my sources of foreclosure properties and put together a list of possible foreclosure properties to purchase.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have had some banks require a 5% earnest deposit and some properties in so bad of condition that obtaining a loan was next to impossible. I can find these kind of deals all day long. The kind I like to find are the ones in good&amp;nbsp;condition and nothing&amp;nbsp;missing like appliances, ceiling fans, blinds, garage door openers and so forth.&amp;nbsp;These are harder to find and when they pop up, they sell quickly.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are looking to purchase a Kansas City foreclosure property, maybe we should talk.
