Johnson County Real Estate Stats: Existing Home Sales Volume Drops Over 44 Million Dollars in August 2007

Although there is typically a drop in sales volume in real estate sales going from the summer to the fall, the drop hits early this year. The typical drop in sales happens in early September and the drop is usally a small drop in sales.

This year, sales volume of existing real estate sales in Johnson County, Kansas drops from $213,443,597 in July '07 to $169,204,155 in August '07. Last sales dropped a little; however, sales volume for existing real estate sales were nearly 200 million in August '06.
