The case of the Kansas City, Kan., police officer who reportedly shot a Kansas City, Mo., nightclub bouncer Friday night will be turned over to the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office by midweek, Kansas City police said Sunday.The victim of the shooting has been released from an area hospital and is resting at home, police said.
