The City of Olathe purchased the Burning Tree Golf Course recently to add more water wells. The golf course is located in a newly annnexed Desoto property. Currently, the City of Olathe, owns more property around the golf course for water wells.
The Golf Course sits on the Kansas River and will be used for the Olathe, Kansas water system.
