TREECE, Kan. — A second public meeting will be held Monday for Treece residents seeking a federal buyout. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Picher, Okla., City Hall, 101 N. Connell. A meeting on Jan. 28 attracted 90 people interested in gathering information about the buyout.
