Two living Medal of Honor recipients will be recognized next week in the Kansas House. Legislators will pay tribute Monday to retired Army Colonel Roger Donlon of Leavenworth and Kansas National Guard Colonel Donald Ballard, a former Topeka resident now living in Kansas City, Missouri.
